Dear Phares and Ruth: Sorry it took me so long to get you pictures. I really appreciate you
doing our wedding back in May. I only heard great things about the cake. You
made my day so easy!
It is so funny, I thought that we would have cake left over and when we
got home from the reception, we told our friends to eat the cake while we were
gone on our honeymoon. Well I guess the next morning ten of them were lined up
to get a slice of the excellent wedding cake. As one of our friends went to cut
a piece, it wouldn't cut. He immediately thought that it was ice-cream or had
frozen and then remembered that it was on the counter all night. They finally
figured out that it was the Styrofoam on the bottom, (the fake part of our
cake). They were all disappointed that they could not enjoy your delicious cake.
I can not wait till next May when Jim and I get to eat it again! Thank you both very much! You did an excellent job!

and the guests kept commenting about the amazing smell as they walked into the
ballroom at the hotel. It was better then I imagined. I can not thank you
and your husband enough. It tasted amazing...so amazing there were no extras
to spare. Everyone was so impressed. Thank you so much and thanks for
doing the cupcakes as well. They were so pretty. You did a GREAT
job. Thanks again --It was so nice not to even give the cake a second thought.
